Since 1997, Chuck Zimmerman has worked with a number of major corporate clients to develop a variety of non-traditional, locally relevant, marketing programs. He has successfully implemented hundreds of branded events and sampling executions for multiple clients during the course of his career.
Prior to joining NW Polite Society, Ben London oversaw music and media business development for Hewlett Packard’s Personal Systems Group. He was the Executive Director of the Recording Academy’s (GRAMMYS) Pacific Northwest Chapter, and was the Senior Curator of Public Programs at EMP Museum. Ben began his career in Seattle as a musician and has recorded for independent and major labels as well as being a feature in numerous film and television projects.
Alongside working with NW Polite Society, Tina Meadows is a licensed electrical engineer and has been involved with many groundbreaking projects such as designing the telescopic roof at Safeco Field to developing the 325-ton cranes for the Kennedy Space Center. Aside from these massive projects, Tina is also a painter, print maker, seamstress, and has been a long time advocate of the PNW arts community.
Hans Kehl joined NW Polite Society in May 2016, and over the previous two decades has held a number of senior leadership roles in Tokyo, London, Moscow, Bucharest, and Seattle for two separate FTSE-100 companies. His functional roles have been in marketing, strategy, innovation, and general management, and he holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, a JD from the University of Washington School of Law, and a BA in History, also from the University of Washington.
Joe Manuel is a Seattle University alum from San Jose, CA. While receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Joe founded a small arts community he named Friends and Friends and Friends with a mission to inspire his community to make art. In the past four years, he has interned at The Crocodile, Night Shift, and KXSU where he discovered his passions for branding, communications, and business strategy. Joe is excited to continue to promote and support events around the city.
Colin Bishop is a Gonzaga University alumn and a Washington native. He is a published photographer with work featured in numerous publications including National Geographic Traveler, Seattle Magazine, The Food Network and many others. At Northwest Polite Society, Colin directs, manages, and executes PR tactics and strategy for exciting local clients from restaurants, bars, products, and lifestyle brands.
Originally from Texas, Lindsey Tomaschik is fairly new to the Seattle area. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in advertising in 2013, she began her professional career as an intern, then full-time news reporter in her hometown. Lindsey comes to Northwest Polite Society with experience in journalism and project management. She's looking forward to doing her part in learning and growing the operations side of things at NWPS.
A Seattle native, Yvonne Chan attended Middlebury College, where she majored in environmental studies and studio art. In 2016, she received an award from the college for her contributions to the community through visual art. In addition to illustration and graphic design, she also has experience in theater costume design and teaching community art classes. She's thrilled to be back in Seattle and excited to explore its vibrant art scene.
Desmond Harvey is a Seattle-Native and recent University of Oregon alum. He studied Business Admin and Entrepreneurship, and was recognized for multiple awards for entrepreneurship and leadership. Desmond has been working within the music industry doing marketing, event production, radio, and continues to be active as a producer. He is excited to continue to learn and grow his career at NWPS, with an interest in Marketing Operations.
